Family Run Business
The business was established in 1978 by Ray Stilgoe with support from his wife Dorrie. The first mouldings were produce in the garage of their home in Fenham, Newcastle.
Production was soon moved to a dedicated premise enabling the company to employ additional staff to meet customer demands.
Today the business occupies a 4500 sq ft factory, employing a dedicated and skilled workforce turning out a wide range of customised mouldings for a wide variety of discerning and demanding customers.

We have establised a reputation for quick response, flexibility and the willingness to rise to a challange. North East Mouldings has continued to expand, improve and sustain a stable workforce through recent periods of Industrial instability.

Meet The Management Team
Gordon Stilgoe
Managing Director
Gordon has worked for North East Mouldings for 30+ years. He started on the shop floor learning the business from his father.
Gordon has built up a network of strong connections throughout the plastic manufacturing industry enabling him to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in Thermoplastic Injection Moulding to all jobs and meetings with prospective clients.
After Rays' untimely death in 2011 Gordon took over control of Management of the Company alongside his sister Hayley.
Hayley Stilgoe
Finance and HR Director
Hayley has worked as a Project Manager in the HR and Payroll sector for the majority of her career, only taking up the helm of Finance and HR Director in 2011.
Hayley controls all of the finances, invoicing and human resources for North East Mouldings ensuring the company is always on a sound financial footing.
Hayley has worked for North East Mouldings for 10+ years.
